Public Interest Litigation - PIL Format

PIL FORMAT OF WRIT PETITION AT SUPREME COURT

It is just like any other writ but a few minor changes. Letters and telegrams have also been considered as PIL suo motu. Keep that in mind. No really particular format - but if you are an advocate you will better off taking the formal approach - lest you be called up to your embarassment.
